The food pantry will open an hour earlier this week from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. this Saturday.

A breast cancer Smartphone application developed by Dr. Pond Kelemen of the Hudson Valley Hospital Center’s Breast Center may be developed by the American Medical Association. The app would be helpful for physicians in assessing breast cancer risk. Vote for the app to win. More information .
4. Â Free Yoga for Breast Cancer Patients and Survivor
On Sunday, Oct. 2, Hudson Yoga studio in Croton-on-Hudson will begin weekly classes provided for free to people recently diagnosed with breast cancer survivors. More information .
5. 17th Annual Support-a-Walk for Breast and Ovarian Cancer Awareness
