'Frozen in Time' Art Exhibit; Traffic Changes in Peekskill

The National Weather Service is calling for heavy rain Monday, and Tuesday could see thunderstorms. Wednesday will bring sunny skies, Thursday partly cloudy and Friday sunny. High temperatures will range from the high-70s to the mid-80s this week.
