Kane Responds to 'Unfair' Ruling
Kane says that the Independence Party Chair and Committee endorses him.

One of the rulings was that it was false for Kane to claim that he was endorsed by the Independence Party on campaign literature.
Yestrday Kane sent an Aug. 24, 2011 letter from the Westchester County Independence party chair concerning the endorsement of his campaign for County Legislator, prior to the primary. Kane lost the Independence line in the write-in primary this September, but says he still has the endorsement of the party Chair and executive committee.
