Panini Pink Dinner, AAMW Breakfast, Nature Indoors Exhibit Opens
Here are five things you need to know today, Oct. 20.

1. Sen. Ball Community BBQ Announced
New York State Senator Greg Ball (R, C-Patterson) is hosting a free community barbeque at The Summit at Mt. Olivet in Peekskill this Saturday from 1-3 p.m. the cookout is free and open to the public, and will include a pig roast, jerk chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers and beverages.
Make your Friday night dinner count by attending the Peekskill Elks Lodge Panini Pink dinner at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21. Choose either a Rueben Panini or a Turkey Panini and plenty of fun and games. 3. African-American Men of Westchester Breakfast
The AAMW and the Business Council of Westchester is holding its 21st Annual Brotherhood breakfast today at 8 a.m. at the Doubletree Hotel Tarrytown. The Brotherhood Breakfast proceeds benefits AAMW’s youth and community services programs. Click for more information on this year’s honorees.

5. Bringing Nature Indoors Exhibit Opening
An exhibit featuring majestic nature photographs is currently display at the Hudson Valley Hospital Center. At 3 p.m. today the HVHC will hold an opening reception and offer a tour of the exhibit at 2 p.m. More information .
