Peekskill 18-Year-Old Accused of Selling Crack to Undercover Cop

Peekskill Police arrested Myron Wagner, 18, of Peekskill, for allegedly selling crack cocaine to an undercover police officer during a six month undercover investigation. Wagner was charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlle substance, a Class B Felony on June 26 by Detectives Anthony Malfitano and Joe McGann. The investigation was conducted jointly between the City of Peekskill Narcotics Unit and the New York State Police. Wagner was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail.
