How did you come up with the name?
I’ m afraid the name selection wasn’t that creative :)

Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
Downtown’s historic district is thriving.

Briefly, what business are you in?
Insurance and Financial Services

What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Its always difficult when a customer is upset. It’s hard not to take it personally.

Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?
None

What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
My office has won multiple sales awards and been recognized for our accomplishments.

What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?
Taking a grassroots approach to canvassing our community

How do you deal with difficult customers?
I do the best I can to really listen to their concerns. I genuinely want to partner with them to come up with solutions they are comfortable with.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
We work with Peekskill High School in a variety of ways. We also support our local small businessowners. We provide notary services to Peekskill residents free of charge. We also offer all services in English and Spanish.
