How did you come up with the name?

I looked it up in the bible and I came up with the name for my daycare business


Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?

The location is very good for parents who do not have cars

Daycare


What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

Working with Westchester County Subsidy for payments


Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

No I love what I do and I love working with kids


What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

Working with the youth and after they leave they come back and visit or they come back and work for me—most of them I give summer jobs and to hear them say ”I was in this daycare when I was young.”


What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?

1. Raising money and taking the daycare to Disney World 4 years
2. Doing a summer Camp
3. Pick one child or a family every school year and donate school clothes
4. Pick a family do a secret Santa every year
5. Give turkey dinner to family


How do you deal with difficult customers?

Try to solve the problem

We donate to High Basketball
