State troopers from the Hawthorne barracks recently arrested a 30-year-old Peekskill man on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.
The arrest took place at about 5:40 a.m. Sunday on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the Town of Greenburgh.
In addition to the drunken driving charge, the defendant is also facing a misdemeanor charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is due to appear in court at a later date.
