A 43-year-old Cortlandt Manor man is facing charges after police stopped him and found 17 Oxycodone pills, authorities said.
Peekskill Police Officer Matt Basso pulled over a 2004 Honda Pilot at about 3:30 p.m. Oct. 17 for a traffic violation. Basso discovered the driver's license was revoked and arrested him on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He also found the pills, which resulted in a misdemeanor charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The man is due Nov. 18 in court.
