A 48-year-old Peekskill woman is scheduled to appear in city court Monday for allegedly selling crack, according to Peekskill police.
Police said they arrested Lisa Diggs Friday and charged her with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, after a six-month investigation by the city's Narcotics Division and the Westchester County Police Narcotics
Unit.
Diggs was arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail.
