Police: Peekskill Man Slams Victim to Ground, Sends to Hospital

A 39-year-old Peekskill man allegedly slammed a victim to the ground causing a facial laceration on July 6 around 8:20 p.m. on Crompond Road, police report. The victim was treated and released at theand the suspect, Joseph Dabbs was charged with third degree assault, a misdemeanor and held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.
