Police: Two Local Women Charged with Selling Alcohol to Minor

The New York State Police in Cortlandt conducted an underage drinking enforcement initiative in local establishments on June 18. Two employees of two different locations were charged during the initiative. A total of 19 locations were visited.

Jillian Luciano, a Cortlandt resident who works at Cortlandt Plaza Wine and Liquors on Albany Post Rd., Croton, and Anne Marie Vicchio, a Peekskill resident who is employed at Rite Aid in Mohegan Lake, were both charged with unlawfully selling alcohol to a minor. They were found in violation of the NYS Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, after they allegedly unlawfully sold alcohol to a 20-year-old, police said. The investigation is continuing.
