Police Seeking Info About Wallet Stolen From Walmart Shopping Cart

Authorities released photos of the two individuals taken from surveillance cameras.

CORTLANDT, NY — Two people are being sought by the New York State Police regarding a wallet stolen from a Walmart.

Police said the two people in the photos were seen via surveillance cameras at the Walmart on East Main Street in the Mohegan Lake area of Cortlandt.

The wallet contained financial cards, personal identification, including a passport, and cash. It was taken from a shopping cart in Walmart Dec. 18, authorities said.

The two individuals were seen traveling in a gray or silver small SUV, possible a Honda CRV, with an unknown registration.
