Queens Woman Charged in Buchanan Massage Parlor Investigation
Ju Ping, 52, of Queens, was charged with operating at the Acupuncture Body Spa in Buchanan without a license Tuesday.

A 52-year-old Queens woman is scheduled to appear in Buchanan village court on May 28 for allegedly operating the Acupuncture Body Spa, located at 220 Tate Ave., without a license.
Westchester County and Buchanan village police arrested Ju Ping of Oakland Gardens, Queens, and charged her with unauthorized practice of a profession, a felony, Tuesday. Police said they began an investigation into the business after they received complaints from community members about suspicious activity.
During the investigation, police said they determined that the business was being operated without state license to provide massage and acupuncture.
Ping was arrested, arraigned and released to reappear in court.
