Stop and Shop Employee Steals Gift Card

Cordell Rhoden, 23, of Cortlandt Manor, was charged with petty larceny on Sept. 29 at 3:15 p.m. Rhoden allegedly stole a $500 gift card from the Beach Shopping Center’s Stop and Shop where he was employed. Rhoden was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court

Family Dispute and Resisting Arrest

On Sept. 29 Lashawn Tinsley was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, on the 1300 block of Park Street. Tinsley was charged following a domestic dispute in which she allegedly struck a family member. She was additionally charged with resisting arrest after struggling with officers who attempted to take her into custody. She was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.

 

Drunk Woman Hits Parked Vehicles on Main Street

Maria Bergamin, 51, of Cortlandt Manor was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 2. Bergamin was charged following a motor vehicle accident in which she struck several parked vehicles on Main St. Bergamin was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests and charged with DWI after her BAC was determined to be .11%. She was released on her own recognizance and is due in Peekskill City Court on 10/17/2011.
