Victim Released From Hospital After Assault On Hudson Waterfront

A 40-year-old man was taken to the hospital with a laceration he got during an altercation on Water Street in Peekskill, cops said.

PEEKSKILL, NY — Violence on the waterfront sent one man to the hospital. Police in Peekskill are investigating the circumstances.

The Peekskill Police Department says that on Saturday, around 9:43 p.m., officers responded to Water Street after receiving a report of an assault.

At the scene, police found a 40-year-old man who got a laceration during an altercation.

He was treated for his injury at Westchester Medical Center and was discharged later that evening.
