Violating Order of Protection
Peekskill man arrested for allegedly violating order of protection.

The following information was provided by the Yorktown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A man is due in Yorktown Town Court on Thursday after he was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Anthony J. Waterhouse, Jr., 21, from Peekskill, was arrested for allegedly speaking on the phone with another person in a violation of an order of protection. On Oct. 4, police were alerted of the incident and responded to the Peekskill Police Department where they placed the defendant in custody. He was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 and scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 6. Â
