Congregation Kol Ami Hosts Drive to Seek Bone Marrow Donors

Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation and Congregation Kol Ami are working together in an effort to save the life of a young mother of three named Shira, and countless others in desperate need of a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.

Registering to be a life-saving match is easy and takes less than seven minutes. By swabbing the inside of your cheek with four Q-tips and filling out a short consent form, you can possibly save the life of someone in need.

Eligible donors must be between the ages of 18-60. The registration drive takes place on May 23 from 9:45 a.m. to 12 noon at Temple Kol Ami, 252 Soundview Ave.,  White Plains.
