Go Ahead And Forget To Feed The Meters In Pelham For The Holidays
Short term parking meters in the village will be bagged through Jan 1. The parking is free, so forget the mall and support local businesses.
PELHAM, — This holiday, shoppers won't have a problem with inflation at the parking meters in the Village of Pelham.
The short term 2-hour and 3-hour parking meters will be bagged, starting on Monday. Just in time to shop for last minute gift giving.
The free short-term meter parking will run from Dec. 11 to Jan 1. The hope is that giving the parking meters a rest will encourage shoppers to support local businesses in the village.

The 2-hour and 3-hour limits remains in effect. The parking amnesty does not apply to long-term parking meters in and around the Pelham Metro-North train station.
