Mothers Day & Fathers Day Art Workshops at Pelham Art Center!

Create something special for Mothers Day & Fathers Day this year. Pelham Art Center will host two art workshops with instructor Susan Saas where kids ages 5+ can craft one-of-a-kind gifts for parents & family members. Pre-register for workshops onPelham Art Center's website.

Mother’s Day Workshop

Sunday May 1st, 1:00-2:15pm

Make mum feel extra special with homemade flowers! Students will create three dimensional paper flowers and a floral mixed media artwork to go along with it. The teaching process used is a step-by-step method that will both inspire and delight your child into action. Students will be encouraged to customize their own paper flowers and decorate to their heart’s content. Participants will leave with a special Mother’s Day gift to give to someone special.

Father’s Day Workshop

Sunday, June 12th, 1:00-2:15pm

Create a fun Father’s Day gift that Dad will treasure forever! In this workshop, students will create wearable neckties and a Father’s Day card to go along with it. The teaching process used is a step-by-step method that will both inspire and delight your child into action. Students will be encouraged to customize their own wearable neckties and decorate to their heart’s content. Participants will leave with a special Father’s Day gift to give to someone special.
