[For Adults / 14+] If there ever was a time to focus our minds, ease anxiety and learn how to let go of stress – now is it! This workshop will focus on healing the mind, body and spirit through deep breathing exercises, guided meditation and sound healing with singing bowls.

DIY Winter Snow Globe
Sunday, February 26 | 10:00-11:30am

[For Ages 7+] A homemade snow globe is a childhood must! Learn how to make one in this hands-on workshop. Students will be able to choose different elements to add to their “winter wonderland” creation including a variety of materials such as glitter, sequins, and more.
