Pelham HS Newspaper Awarded All American First Class Rating

From Pelham HS: The 2015-16 Pel Mel, the student newspaper of Pelham Memorial High School, was awarded an All American First Class rating with Marks of Distinction by the National Scholastic Press Association. The honor is the highest possible ranking awarded to high school publications.
