Cops: Credit Cards Stolen in Bethpage Used in Syosset And Queens

Nassau Police seek the public’s help in identifying and locating a man they say stole credit cards from a parked car in Bethpage in October.
Police say that between Monday, Oct. 27, at 9:25 p.m., and Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 2:41 a.m., the man entered a parked car on Cherry Avenue and removed property, including the credit cards.
The credit cards were then fraudulently used at two 7-Eleven locations – one in Syosset, the other in Corona, Queens, police say.

The subject fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading up to an arrest.

Police ask anyone with information about this crime to call the toll-free hotline 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous.
