Cops: Man Wanted in Connection with Plainview Robbery
In this December incident, a man demanding money held an employee at knifepoint, police say.

Nassau County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man in connection with a robbery that occurred in Bethpage on Sunday, Dec. 7 at approximately 5:35 a.m.
Police say a man, about 30 years of age, entered the Hess gas station at 4165 Hempstead Turnpike. He next held the employee at knifepoint and stole approximately $300 from the cash register. The subject then ran from the store.
Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who can identify the subject, or with any information about this crime to call the toll free hotline at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All calls will remain anonymous.
