School Board: The Plainview-Old Bethpage School Board will hold their Organizational meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday followed by a public session at 7:45 p.m.
Closed Beaches: There are several beaches that remain closed in the Town of Oyster Bay Tuesday due to runoff from Monday's storm: They are: Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Beach, Centre Island Beach (South Side only), Stehli Beach, Harry Tappen Beach and Philip B. Healey Beach.
Open Beaches: THe Bay side of Centre Island Beach and TOBAyYBeach are open for swimming.
Defensive Driving: Registration for the Defensive Driving class at the Plainview Old Bethage Library All Day Tuesday. The class meets at 9:30 a.m.
Mah Jongg: The Mah Jong Players group meets at the library at 1 p.m.
