Here are some things to keep in mind this week:

1. Want to weigh in on the Briarcliff Manor schools' latest Code of Conduct? There's a public hearing scheduled during the 7:45 p.m. public board meeting Monday. View the meeting's full agenda on the district website here.

2. The Saw Mill River Audubon is hosting its Monday bird walk at Rockefeller State Park Preserve this week. Just show up at 7:30 a.m. or call/email in advance if you'd like to borrow a pair of binoculars. More details here.

3. The Pleasantville Board of Trustees is meeting for a regular meeting (to be preceded by a 7 p.m. executive session) Monday at 8 p.m. Foxwood Condominium residents plan to weigh in on the latest draft from Benchmark Senior Living to build an assistant living facility on Bedford Road. Also at Monday's meeting, the board plans to hire a construction company to conduct roof repairs at Village Hall. The full agenda can be viewed here.

4. The Justin Veatch Fund is hosting a summer workshop at Bedford Road School Monday and Tuesday of this week. Click here for more information.

5. The week's temperatures are expected to peak in the low 80s, with mostly sunny skies. Tuesday may bring some thunderstorms to Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor.
