At Thursday's evening's Westchester County GOP convention—where current County Executive Robert Astorino was nominated to run again this November—County Legislator Michael Smith took to the podium to censure the region's property taxes.
Smith represents Westchester's district three, which includes all or parts of Mount Pleasant, Pleasantville, North Castle, Sleepy Hollow, Greenburgh and Briarcliff Manor.
Smith was nominated to run again this November, as well.
