HUB Veterinary Group celebrated the official grand opening of its revolutionary new veterinary clinic this month. HUB officials say the opening marks a significant milestone in pet care for pet owners in Westchester County and the surrounding areas.

HUB Veterinary Group’s stated mission is to make it easier to get the care pet owners need for the furry friends they love — whether that means regular checkups, emergency visits, surgery, affordable spay neuter or even advanced dentistry. While HUB acts just like a neighborhood vet who is passionate about creating a new kind of veterinary partner that cares for all your pets' health needs under one roof, the practice is open 7 days a week and is intended to bridge the gap between general practice and specialty/emergency care.

"I started HUB Veterinary Group with a simple mission: to make high-quality veterinary care more accessible to every pet who comes through our doors," HUB owner Courtney Bellew explained. "For so many people, great veterinary care has become extremely unaffordable. Because of this, their pet is unable to get the care they deserve, and pets and the people who love them suffer. Bellew is also the founder of SNARR Northeast (Special Needs Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation), which was founded in 2011. After being in the world of special needs pet rescue for more than 13 years and deeply understanding the importance of accessible pet care, Bellew was inspired to create HUB Veterinary Group.

Located at 316 Boston Rd. in Port Chester, HUB Veterinary Group is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with walk-ins accepted.
