Today's opportunity is volunteering for soup kitchen sous chefs with the Don Bosco Community Center.
From Monday through Thursday, Don Bosco Community Center serves between 80 and 100 people for breakfast and lunch. Volunteers are needed to assist with basic food preparation, such as peeling potatoes and cutting vegetables, as well as serving food. Volunteers can pick any weekdays they'd like and shifts run from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Volunteers will receive guidance from Don Bosco Community Center's chef and staff.
