Police: Harrison Man Harassed Ex-Girlfriend in Port Chester

Just after a Port Chester woman complained to police that she was being stalked by her ex-boyfriend, a 20-year-old Harrison man was arrested outside her home, according to Port Chester Police.

A 22-year-old Glen Avenue woman called police at around 5 p.m. on Thursday to report harassment. The woman told police her ex-boyfriend, Michael Consigliere, 20, of 62 Ellsworth Ave., Harrison, had been harassing her for six months and in the previous two hours he had sent her 50 text messages and called her more than a dozen times.

A village police officer used the woman's phone to call Consigliere. Police said the officer asked where Consigliere was, and as the conversation was taking place another Port Chester officer arrived on the street at found Consigliere outside the woman's home.

Consigliere was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and he faces a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
