Police: No Problems Related to Re-Opening of Capitol Theatre

Port Chester had police stationed on Westchester Avenue for landmark music venue's opening, which featured Bob Dylan.

As far as are concerned, the re-opening of the landmark on Tuesday night went off without a hitch as nearly 2,000 people went to see .

Police said there were no incidents related to the re-opening or an influx of visitors to Westchester Avenue in Port Chester. Police said there were no significant traffic problems related to the show.

Port Chester police officials met with the theater's management prior to the re-opening and the village had officers on-duty at the theater on Westchester Avenue Tuesday evening as a precaution.
