A 22-year-old Stamford man was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor, for allegedly urinating on the sidewalk in public view in front of Jomas Bar in Port Chester at 3:45 a.m. on July. EMS transported him to Greenwich hospital when he complained of chest pains.
