CORAM, NY - resident of a Coram home was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries after a fire broke out Tuesday afternoon, Suffolk police said. Sixth Precinct officers were called to the Westfield Road home at around 4:45 p.m., according to police. Arson Squad detectives are investigating the fire, police said. Further details were not immediately available.
