- The teenager struck in a hit-and-run in Coram early this month has died from his injuries. He was hit while walking with his sister on Granny Road. Both siblings were taken to Stony Brook University to be treated. Police continue investigating the case and looking for the driver responsible for the crash. (TBR News Media)
- Port Jefferson Curry Club at Saghar is hosting its monthly North Shore Mixer Monday at 6 p.m. Local businesses, community leaders, first responders and the community will meet at the restaurant to hang out and socialize with the village's residents. (Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce)
- Artoberfest is coming to the neighborhood! Preservation Long Island and Long Island Museum will host a festive afternoon featuring food, music, arts and crafts at the Sherwood-Jayne Farm at 55 Old Post Road, East Setauket.
