Port Jefferson School District coach Bryan Vaccaro was celebrated on his first career victory as varsity boys soccer coach for the Royals. On Sept. 14, the Royals defeated Smithtown Christian 2-0. This was the first win of the season for the team and the first win in coach Vaccaro’s first season as varsity boys soccer head coach for Port Jefferson.

“We are very excited for coach Vaccaro,” Athletic Director Adam Sherrard said. “He brings enthusiasm and excitement to the field every day. His positivity is definitely having an impact on the team as they continue to improve throughout the season. Whether in the classroom teaching social studies or on the athletic field, coach Vaccaro is always pushing his students and himself to perform at their best.”
