Healthcare System Asks Long Islanders To Send Thank You Notes
Catholic Health Services launched a "Thank You Project" to lift healthcare workers' spirits during the coronavirus pandemic.
PORT JEFFERSON, NY — Long Islanders are showing appreciation for health care workers fighting coronavirus, and Catholic Health Services (CHS) is asking for letters or videos to lift the spirits of their employees. A representative for the health care system says that the "Thank You Project" will help keep up the morale of those on the front lines of the pandemic.
"These letters and videos will lift their spirits as they work tirelessly to protect us."
