  1. Police are investigating a car crash on Nicolls Road in Stony Brook. A man driving a 2009 Mercedes Benz was taken to Stony Brook Hospital in serious condition after losing control of his vehicle and crashing into construction equipment off the roadway. Another driver was involved in the accident but was not injured. (TBR News Media)
  2. The Port Jefferson School District partnered with Stony Brook University’s Middle School Engineering Program to host interactive engineering activities for Port Jeff students.
