Port Bistro Opens On Main Street In Old Brewology Building

The eatery brings new American cuisine to Main Street in Port Jefferson.

The owners of Yogo Delish have brought a new American food joint to Main Street in Port Jefferson.

Port Bistro and Pub opened last month in the old Brewology building at 201 Main Street.

The owners Bob Nyholm, Chris Nyholm and Palma DiVito—all of whom have decades of experience in the food industry—plan to "offer a casual, enjoyable dining experience for lunch and dinner every day of the week."

The new eatery, which took over the 4,000-square-foot space, features a traditional American menu with classic options like a Short Rib Burger and a build-your-own burger choice.

The menu also sports original items like a Port Bistro Burger, a homemade eight-ounce Angus beef burger with caramelized onions, bacon, balsamic jam and chipotle.

Port Bistro's entree menu includes shrimp and grits, a roasted chicken dinner, a filet mignon, penne alla vodka and chicken meatballs and more.
