1. Mather Hospital will host a six-week seminar to help those who want to become tobacco free. Health care professionals will teach relaxation techniques and other skills starting on Thursday, July 21 at 6 p.m. Classes are free. To register, please call 631-853-2928. (Patch Events)
2. Port Jefferson Free Library will host its CODA (Co-Dependents Anonymous) meeting on July 20. Men and women who want to learn how to develop healthy relationships and self-learning are invited to join the group at 7:30 p.m. (PJFL)
