Port Jefferson Middle School Holds Food Drive
Students and staff members collect items for Long Island Cares.
Members of the Port Jefferson Middle School Student Council held its annual food drive in November, giving back to those struggling in the community.
During the monthlong drive, the school’s students and staff members donated 1,338 nonperishable goods.
All of the donations will be distributed by Long Island Cares for families in need.
