- First graders at Port Jefferson Edna Louise Spear Elementary School learned about all community service workers. Students explored a community map looking into each role and responsibility that had a community. - The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office introduced a new service dog on Tuesday. Tilman the III joins the team after eighteen months of training following the same path as Mega, another pup who joined the mission of helping victims who suffered traumatic experiences in 2022. (LI News12)

- This month, Port Jefferson Mayor Margot Garant shared updates on the East Beach Bluff Project. The reconstruction is in phase I. The next step is replacing materials lost from the top of the bluff. There will also be an expansion of the recreational areas of the Port Jefferson Country Club, such as six new pickleball courts and three tennis courts. (TBR News Media)
- Healthy Library Program will serve the Port Jefferson Community at Comsewogue on Feb. 21 from 2-4:30 p.m. Stony Brook Medicine professionals will offer health screenings and answer nutrition, social work, and more questions! You don't need to register. (CPLIP)
