1. Port Jefferson residents voted against the School District's $24.9 million bond proposals on Monday. The project included the installation of new turf in the Port Jefferson High School field and improvements in the bathroom and air quality equipment. Read the full story here. (Port Jefferson Patch)
2. Suffolk police are seeking a man who slashed the tires of seven cars in a parking lot. The vehicles were parked in the Suffolk County Department of Social Services parking lot. Cameras showed the suspect on a skateboard dressed in a gray hoodie and black pants. Visit the link to see a picture of the suspect and help police to identify him. (News 12 Brooklyn)
