Press release from the Port Jefferson School District: Sept. 14, 2022 Earl L. Vandermeulen High School again took part in the Port Jefferson Fire Department's annual 9/11 memorial service. Student-musician Nicholas Smirnov, a violinist, gave a moving performance with his renditions of "America the Beautiful" and "God Bless America."
