- Port Jefferson School District students brought their talents to the Charles Dickens Festival on Dec. 2-4. Students performed Christmas classics and had a good time interacting with the village's residents. (Press Release Desk)
- Suffolk animal shelter, Paws Unite, needs donations to remain open. After many years of rescuing animals, the nonprofit is facing the danger of closure due to a lack of funding.
