'Santa' To Appear At The Coram Civic Association's Tree Lighting

The Dec. 4 event will be crafts, entertainment, and songs by Coram Elementary School singers, and special tour of the Davis Meeting House.

CORAM, NY — "Santa Claus" is expected to make a special appearance at the Coram Civic Association's 13th annual Holiday Festival and Christmas Tree Lighting on Dec. 4.

The event will kick off at 3 p.m., at the Old Coram Firehouse, 303 Middle Country Rd.

There will be refreshments, crafts, entertainment, and songs by the Coram Elementary School singers, raffles, and a visit from "Santa."

It will be followed by the tree lighting next door at the historic Davis Town Meeting House and a tour house.

Admission to the event is free, but organizers are asking that attendees bring a non-perishable food item for the hamlet's food pantries.
