Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?
Mrs. Esser is a kind/loving special needs teacher who puts her all into her kids.

She is extremely communicative with the parents, which is very important in the special needs community.

She shows up for her kids at extracurricular activities and even attends their birthday parties.

All in all, she is FAMILY!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?
She is adored by her students and their parents.
