Water Main Breaks In Port Jefferson Village: Officials
The water will be off as workers make repairs in the area of Main Street, officials say.

PORT JEFFERSON, NY — Water has been shut down in a neighborhood in Port Jefferson while workers repaired a water main break on Tuesday afternoon, village officials said.
The break happened on East Main Street and it estimated that the repairs will take from one to two hours.
Residents and businesses along Main Street and in the area surrounding area between Broadway and Prospect Street are affected and will be notified by the Suffolk County Water Authority.
