PORT WASHINGTON, NY — A new 7,000 square-foot coworking space is coming to Port Washington in January 2022, a Long Island development company announced. WorkSmart is a shared working space owned by G2D Group, which owns two other WorkSmarts in Hicksville and Huntington. G2D Group built several luxury apartment complexes on LI, including the 35 Broadway luxury apartments in Hicksville.

The Port Washington WorkSmart will be located in an industrial building at 1 Channel Drive, just off Shore Road. The property was most recently the location of a cash handling technology company.

Individuals and companies can use private offices, meeting rooms, shared kitchen spaces with free refreshments, lounge areas or even opt for a virtual-only membership option with reception and mail services.
