Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Dec. 28: Troy Paley, 24, of Jericho, charged on Post Avenue in Westbury.
- Dec. 28: Joseph J. Reilly, 33, of Port Washington, charged on Plandome Road in Manhasset.
- Dec. 30: Jeremy K. Rosen, 33, of Merrick, charged on Merrick Avenue in East Meadow.
- Jan. 1: Andre Pierre Jonnathan Walker, 30, of Hempstead, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Carman Avenue in East Meadow.
- Jan. 1: Vincent T. Lowery, 39, of Hempstead, charged on Broadway and E. Rockaway Road in Hewlett.
