• LI Activists Throw Out 'Ice' In Anti-ICE Rally At Port Washington Dock: 'We're Going To Keep Doing This' (patch.com) — Port Washington residents and other Long Islanders gathered at the town dock for a symbolic anti-ICE rally, dumping ice into the water to protest recent immigration enforcement actions. Local activist Stacey Mellus, who organizes weekly Port Washington vigils, highlighted community fear, shared know-your-rights tips, and emphasized ongoing solidarity for neighbors affected by ICE detentions.
   

• Panjiri, pinni and laddoo recalled because of undeclared milk (foodsafetynews.com) — A Port Washington-based company, Karison Foods & Snacks Inc., has recalled several Indian sweets, including panjiri, pinni, and besan laddoo, because they contain undeclared milk. Sold in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia in 12-ounce clear containers, these products pose a serious risk to people with milk allergies, though no illnesses have been reported so far.
   

• Izaias Clemmons leads Port Washington boys victory over Herricks (newsday.com) — Port Washington High School’s boys basketball team improved to 9-2 with a Coaches vs. Cancer home win over Herricks, led by 24 points from senior center Izaias Clemmons. The fundraiser, supported by cheerleaders and the Portettes, is expected to raise about $2,000 for lung cancer research, while coach Sean Dooley pushes his Vikings to play more consistently for all 32 minutes.
